A Successful Open House
Dear Members,
On Saturday, September 26th, the club held it’s annual Open House. It was a tremendous success! The weather was perfect; we had a large number of visitors; the activities were all heavily attended, and numerous attendees went out of their way to inquire for information on joining the WSC.

2015 Membership Renewals
WSC’s 2015 membership renewal drive is over.
The passcode to the club’s front gate, door locks, and web site members-only pages were changed on Saturday, February 14th, and the clubhouse WiFi password was changed on Monday, March 2nd. Only members in good standing have access to club facilities.
Former members who wish to rejoin the club must follow the New Member process, including attendance of a New Member Presentation and payment of initiation fees.

Supplemental election for member-at-large
An election for member-at-large was held at the March general meeting on March 2, 2015. This was to fill the remaining two years of Dave Martin’s term, vacated when he was elected club President in December. The sole candidate was elected by resounding voice vote.
Indoor Range SOPs Clarification RE: Guests
A reminder that ALL GUESTS must be supervised closely while on the Indoor Range. We’ve clarified the issue of guests on the Indoor Range as it pertains to what is required of the member/sponsor. The Indoor Range Standard Operating Procedures have been amended as follows:
