Action Bay qualifications will be by appointment only for the months of January, February and March. Please contact the Action Bay Chairman at least a week in advance to schedule any qualification sessions for these months. The weather is starting to be a factor that we will need to deal with as it comes.

The Westford Sportsmen’s Club 2022 membership renewal drive is now underway. Dues are payable, and due at the beginning of January 2022.
Dues rates are now $160/$80 for regular member/spouse, and $80/$40.00 for senior member/senior spouse (increases from last year of $10/$5 and $5/$2.50, respectively).
The work assessment is unchanged: 4 hours or $50. Please be sure to add the $50 work assessment if you did not complete your four hours of work for the club during 2021. If you are unsure if you put in your work hours for 2021, contact the Membership Secretary and he will check his records. Only one work assessment per family group, and Seniors and Life Members are excused from the work assessment.
Gate access cards will be disabled for members whose dues are not paid by February 1st unless prior arrangements for payment had already been made with the Membership Secretary. Only members in good standing will have access to club facilities (including the clubhouse WiFi and private web pages) after that date. A late payment fee of $25.00 will be assessed on dues not received by February 28th.
You can renew online via PayPal, or by submitting the renewal form by mail with a check, or in person with check or cash to the Membership Secretary at general membership or E-Board meetings.
December’s hybrid general meeting is WSC’s annual potluck dinner.
We will meet in the clubhouse upstairs meeting room, and the meeting will be shared via Zoom teleconference for those who do not wish to meet in person.
Note the 6:30PM early start time, to allow for dining and socializing before the business meeting starts at 7:30PM. The indoor range will be closed starting at 2:30PM.
Bring an entree, side, or dessert in your own serving dish/utensils, and the club will supply free beverages, flatware, plates, napkins, etc. Questions to the Kitchen chair.
Guest speaker: Chief Mark Chambers of the Westford Police Department.
