May 6, 2026(3 events) Disabled Veterans Fly Fishing Outing – The Leominster chapter of the Disabled Veterans Project Healing Waters program will be gathering at the fire pit to fly-fish the pond. Trout Pond Steel Challenge Practice (Rifle Range and two Action Bays CLOSED) – Today's session will be held on the rifle range and Action Bays #1 and #3; which will be dedicated to Steel Challenge from 5:00PM-dusk. Action Bay-qualified shooters can sign up on Practiscore to attend. Fee: $5.00, collected at 5:00PM at the beginning of the match. Please be sure to arrive by 5:00 pm at the Action Bay entrance to: check in, prepare your equipment, and attend the mandatory 5:45PM Safety Briefing which is a requirement to shoot. May 17, 2026(3 events) New Member Presentation – A presentation for prospective members is held in the clubhouse. Indoor range is closed. The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants. Clubhouse Downstairs RESCHEDULED Action Bay Qualifications – Qualifications for use of the Action Bays by club members, to ensure that participants can safely use a holster with a handgun and shoot safely. In essence, there will be a written test, and you will be required to draw and fire from a holster and hit a target at thirty feet. Requirements:
Full requirements are in the Action Bay Qualification Procedures. The test is an open book 25-question multiple-choice which must be completed in 30 minutes. The passing grade is 84%, and requires great familiarity with the rules to finish in time. Resources: Action Bay Range Rules and Cross Functional Rules Registration is required, to ensure that you can be notified of last-minute schedule changes. Contact the Action Bay Chair.
