The Westford Sportsmen’s Club 2026 membership renewal drive is now underway. Dues are payable, and due at the beginning of January 2026.
Dues rates for 2026 remain:
- $160/$80 for regular member/spouse
- $80/$40 for senior member/senior spouse
The work assessment is 4 hours or $50 per family (senior and life members excepted). If you did not complete your four hours of work for the club during 2025, you will receive a separate QuickBooks invoice for the fee at the start of 2026.
If you are unsure if you put in your work hours for 2025, contact the Membership Secretary and he will check his records.
Gate access cards will be disabled for members whose dues are not paid by the end of February unless prior arrangements for payment had already been made with the Membership Secretary. Only members in good standing will have access to club facilities (including the clubhouse WiFi and private web pages) after that date. A late payment fee of $25.00 will also be assessed on dues not received by February 28th.
Membership will be terminated for any member whose dues remain unpaid by March 31st, and can only be restored by the full interview process (and payment of initiation fees and the dues in arrears). Note well: the payment deadline is 3 months earlier than in 2024 – do not delay in renewing your membership.
You will receive an EMail invoice with a button which allows you to renew online via QuickBooks. (Online renewal incurs a modest electronic processing charge; cheaper than PayPal’s surcharge in past years). Alternatively, you can submit the renewal form by mail with a check; or in person with check or cash (in the correct amount) to the Membership Secretary at general membership or E-Board meetings.
Please fill out and print the renewal form and include it with your check if renewing by mail. This allows the Membership Secretary to keep member contact information up to date.
