3 Forestry Property Walk Forestry Property Walk 9:00 am – 12:30 pm January 3, 2026 The Forestry Chair will lead a walk around the club property. We leave promptly at 9:00AM from in front of the club house. It's a fun event for our members and families. We walk in all weather - rain, snow, or sunshine. Please be sure to wear appropriate clothing layers and foot protection. Bring your camera, and your own snacks and drinks for breaks along the way. We will walk some property bounds, in both Westford and Groton, mostly on trails; with highlighted points about the property along the way. Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome. Trap continues to run until the shooters who arrived promptly have worn out themselves (and the scorers). This usually occurs by 3PM. 18 New Member Presentation New Member Presentation 9:00 am – 11:00 am January 18, 2026 A presentation for prospective members is held in the clubhouse. Indoor range is closed. The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants. 29 Intro to Shotguns and Trap Intro to Shotguns and Trap 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm January 29, 2026 Enhanced version of our popular multi-week Trap fundamentals clinic for new shotgun shooters. The course introduces members to Trap - acquiring knowledge and skills to confidently join squads on line, and a peer group to enjoy learning with. As well as hows and whats, we present original materials and videos to explain the whys. Graduates are prepared to join league competition and take in-person professional coaching.
