The match is for Action Bay qualified members only. Action Bays will be closed during this time. Club matches feature mixed steel, paper and moving targets. Centerfire handguns and PCCs are allowed. The round count is 100 max. Caution: the event may be canceled in case of inclement weather. If so, the Action Shooting Pits chair will send EMail by 4:30PM. September 6, 2025(1 event) WSC Pentathlon (all rifle, pistol, trap, archery ranges RESERVED) – A multi-disciplene event for WSC members and their families. A friendly competition including:
There will also be a cookout by the pond under the new pop-up dining shelters. In the event of rain, we'll use the clubhouse upstairs meeting room. Cost: $15/person. This includes lunch. All guns, ammo, bows, arrows, axes will be provided by the club.

September 8, 2025(1 event) RESCHEDULED Hybrid General Membership Meeting; Dinner: Stuffed Pepper – General Membership meeting at the clubhouse, shared via Zoom teleconference for those who do not wish to meet in person. September 10, 2025(1 event) RESCHEDULED Steel Challenge Practice (Rifle Range and two Action Bays CLOSED) – Today's session will be held on the rifle range and Action Bays #1 and #3; which will be dedicated to Steel Challenge from 5:00PM-dusk. Action Bay-qualified shooters can sign up on Practiscore to attend. Fee: $5.00, collected at 5:00PM at the beginning of the match. Please be sure to arrive by 5:00 pm at the Action Bay entrance to: check in, prepare your equipment, and attend the mandatory Safety Briefing which is a requirement to shoot. First shots will begin at 5:30PM; we estimate that we will finish by 7:30PM, depending on the number of participants. Caution: the event may be canceled in case of inclement weather. September 21, 2025(2 events) New Member Presentation – A presentation for prospective members is held in the clubhouse. Indoor range is closed. The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants. Clubhouse Downstairs Cub Scout Pack 95 Initiation and Rocket Launch – WSC sponsored Cub Scout Pack 95 newcomer welcome/model rocket launch at the field by the Trap House. Pack 95 will welcome and orient new Scouts and their families. Then Scouts will assemble and launch model rockets. Activities will run from 12:30PM-3:30PM.
