6 WSC Pentathlon (all rifle, pistol, trap, archery ranges RESERVED) WSC Pentathlon (all rifle, pistol, trap, archery ranges RESERVED) 8:00 am – 2:00 pm September 6, 2025 A multi-disciplene event for WSC members and their families. A friendly competition including: Precision Pistol Precision Rifle Action Pistol Archery Axe Throw Trap There will also be a cookout by the pond under the new pop-up dining shelters. In the event of rain, we'll use the clubhouse upstairs meeting room. Cost: $15/person. This includes lunch. All guns, ammo, bows, arrows, axes will be provided by the club. Register here. 7 Trap Fields Open Trap Fields Open 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm September 7, 2025 Sunday afternoon trap, open to the public. Show up and sign up from 12:30PM-1:00PM. Trap continues to run until the shooters who arrived promptly have worn out themselves (and the scorers). This usually occurs by 3PM. So to get the most out of your afternoon, show up at the start of the session. Questions to the Trap Chair.

12 Sportsmens Rendezvous Sportsmens Rendezvous 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm September 12, 2025 WSC members will gather at the outdoor fire pit, consume wild game (and an adult beverage or two), tell stories of summer, and tall tales of the hunting season to come. If it rains, we'll go indoors to the clubhouse upstairs meeting room. Sign up isn’t required, but it can’t hurt, especially if you are bringing some food or beverage to share so we avoid excess or duplication. Questions to the WSC President. WSC Fire Pit/Picnic Area

18 Annual Pack 95 Parents Meeting (Indoor Range CLOSED) Annual Pack 95 Parents Meeting (Indoor Range CLOSED) 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm September 18, 2025 Westford Cub Scout Pack 95 hosts an annual mandatory meeting for all parents of the Pack to review the schedule, add opinions, details, and discuss topics for agreement for the year. 21 Cub Scout Pack 95 Initiation and Rocket Launch Cub Scout Pack 95 Initiation and Rocket Launch 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm September 21, 2025 WSC sponsored Cub Scout Pack 95 newcomer welcome/model rocket launch at the field by the Trap House. Pack 95 will welcome and orient new Scouts and their families. Then Scouts will assemble and launch model rockets. Activities will run from 12:30PM-3:30PM. Participants should gather at the flagpole in front of the WSC clubhouse. 27 ATA Trap Marathon ATA Trap Marathon 9:00 am – 4:00 pm September 27, 2025 All-day trap event - both fields reserved. Participation at the event is open to all members of the Amateur Trapshooting Association - both WSC members, and the public. Targets only; $20.00 per hundred. Singles, Handicap, Doubles. No options, purses, or prizes. $6.00 ATA and MATA daily fees apply. The shoot is sanctioned by the ATA, and scores will be entered into the ATA's official records. ATA rules apply. Entrants must be members of the ATA to participate; however, participants will be able to join the ATA at this event. Lunch, coffee, and sodas will be available. Management reserves any entry or to change the program or cancel the event at its discretion. To volunteer help run the event (AM or PM) for annual work hours credit, or if you have questions, contact the Trap Chair or the ATA Doubles Trap League Liaison.
