September 6, 2025(1 event) WSC Pentathlon (all rifle, pistol, trap, archery ranges RESERVED) – A multi-disciplene event for WSC members and their families. A friendly competition including:
There will also be a cookout by the pond under the new pop-up dining shelters. In the event of rain, we'll use the clubhouse upstairs meeting room. Cost: $15/person. This includes lunch. All guns, ammo, bows, arrows, axes will be provided by the club.

September 7, 2025(2 events) Action Bay Qualifications (PISTOL RANGE CLOSED) – Qualifications for use of the Action Bays by club members, to ensure that participants can safely use a holster with a handgun and shoot safely. In essence, there will be a written test, and you will be required to draw and fire from a holster and hit a target at thirty feet. Requirements:
Full requirements are in the Action Bay Qualification Procedures. The test is an open book 25-question multiple-choice which must be completed in 30 minutes. The passing grade is 84%, and requires great familiarity with the rules to finish in time. Resources: Action Bay Range Rules and Cross Functional Rules Registration is required, to ensure that you can be notified of last-minute schedule changes. Contact Action Bay Chair. This is a qualification session for the Action Bays. Successful completion is required to gain access to the Action Bays. September 12, 2025(1 event) Sportsmens Rendezvous – WSC members will gather at the outdoor fire pit, consume wild game (and an adult beverage or two), tell stories of summer, and tall tales of the hunting season to come. If it rains, we'll go indoors to the clubhouse upstairs meeting room. September 27, 2025(1 event) ATA Trap Marathon – All-day trap event - both fields reserved. Participation at the event is open to all members of the Amateur Trapshooting Association - both WSC members, and the public. Targets only; $20.00 per hundred. Singles, Handicap, Doubles. No options, purses, or prizes. $6.00 ATA and MATA daily fees apply. The shoot is sanctioned by the ATA, and scores will be entered into the ATA's official records. ATA rules apply. Entrants must be members of the ATA to participate; however, participants will be able to join the ATA at this event. Lunch, coffee, and sodas will be available. Management reserves any entry or to change the program or cancel the event at its discretion. To volunteer help run the event (AM or PM) for annual work hours credit, or if you have questions, contact the Trap Chair or the ATA Doubles Trap League Liaison. |
