Outdoor Range Access Road Closed

To all Members,

Due to the frequent thaw and freeze cycles, the roads and parking areas at the WSC are in very poor shape. For the time being, no vehicles can be driven past the pond to the outdoor ranges. The outdoor ranges remain open, but members will have to park at the center field and walk. Walk with care – the area is very unstable. Also, Sunday’s usual Sporting Clays event is canceled for February 25th.

The parking area on the far side of the Trap clubhouse is also in bad shape, so cars must park on the near side or beside the containers.

The roads must be allowed to dry out. We are working as fast as possible to improve the situation. As soon as things dry out a bit, access will be restored.

Dave Martin,
President

2018 Membership Renewals

The WSC 2018 membership renewal drive is now underway. Dues are payable, and due by the end of January 2018. Dues rates have increased from 2017: $150/$75 member/spouse, senior/senior-spouse: $75/$37.50. Access cards will be disabled for members whose dues are not paid by February 1st unless prior arrangements for payment had already been made with the Membership Secretary. Only members in good standing will have access to club facilities (including the clubhouse WiFi and private web pages) after that date. A late payment fee of $25.00 will be assessed on dues not received by February 28th. Membership will be terminated for any member whose dues remain unpaid by June 30th, and can only be restored by the full interview process (and payment of initiation fees).

You can renew online via Paypal, or by submitting the renewal form by mail with a check, or in person with check or cash to the Membership Secretary at general membership or E-Board meetings.

(How To Stay Legal and Out of Trouble)

Save the date! Noted gun instructor Len Segal presents an all-day class for laymen.

This class exposes the rumors and presents the facts:
