1 LIVE-ONLY General Membership Meeting: Holiday Potluck Dinner; EARLY START LIVE-ONLY General Membership Meeting: Holiday Potluck Dinner; EARLY START 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm December 1, 2025 Annual potluck dinner. Note the early 6:30PM start time, to allow for an hour of dining and socializing before the business meeting starts at 7:30PM. Indoor range closed starting at 2:30PM. This is a wonderful event to get to know other members. Please bring an entree, side, appetizer, or dessert of your choice in your own serving dish/utensils. The club will supply free drinks, plates, napkins, and eating utensils. Questions to the Kitchen chair. The meeting will be so action-packed that there will be no guest speaker. General Membership meeting at the clubhouse, shared via Zoom teleconference for those who do not wish to meet in person. 7 Trap Fields Open Trap Fields Open 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm December 7, 2025 Sunday afternoon trap, open to the public. Show up and sign up from 12:30PM-1:00PM. Trap continues to run until the shooters who arrived promptly have worn out themselves (and the scorers). This usually occurs by 3PM. So to get the most out of your afternoon, show up at the start of the session. Questions to the Trap Chair.

9 Indoor Pistol Range GSSR - Range Reserved Indoor Pistol Range GSSR - Range Reserved 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm December 9, 2025 All members must pass a Gun Skills Safety Review (GSSR) to gain access to the Indoor Range (via their WSC Proximity Cards). Proximity Card permissions are updated after the GSSR by the Indoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by EMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance.
