12 CANCELED Executive Board Meeting 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm July 12, 2021 No E-Board agenda items arose, so the July E-board meeting is canceled. The July General Meeting remains scheduled., RESCHEDULED Hybrid General Membership Meeting; Dinner: Chicken Salad Finger Sandwiches; Speaker: Charlie Shadan on Fly Fishing 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm July 12, 2021 General Membership meeting at the clubhouse, shared via Zoom teleconference for those who do not wish to meet in person. Connection details to be supplied by club E-blast; here is a copy of the links that you can click on. If you choose to attend the meetings in person: If you have been fully vaccinated, no face covering is required. If you have not been fully vaccinated, a face covering and/or social distancing is strongly recommended. This month's meal is Chicken Salad Finger Sandwiches, a bag of chips, watermelon, and a drink - all for only $5.00! Guest speaker: Charlie Shadan owner and operator of the Evening Sun Fly Shop in Pepperell, MA on "Fly Fishing", at the WSC Trout Pond. Indoor range closed starting at 2:30PM.

14 RESCHEDULED Indoor Pistol Range GSSR - Range Reserved 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm July 14, 2021 All members must pass a Gun Skills Safety Review (GSSR) to gain access to the Indoor Range (via their WSC Proximity Cards). Cards are updated after the GSSR by the Indoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by eMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance. Agenda: - Meet in the clubhouse downstairs - View a safety video - Take a brief quiz on range procedures - Demonstrate safe gun handling and usage (Bring gun and approved target ammo)

21 Pistol Team Practice (Indoor Range Reserved) 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm July 21, 2021 Time to start knocking the rust off and prepare for the Nashoba Valley Pistol League 2021-2022 season. Hope to see as many members of Westford's two NVPL teams as can make it. WSC club members also welcomed to attend to watch, get information, ask questions, try Precision Pistol target shooting. Contact the Pistol Team Secretary for more details.
