May 19, 2024(2 events) – A presentation for prospective members is held in the clubhouse. Indoor range is closed. The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants. Questions to the Membership Secretary. – Sunday afternoon trap, Show up and sign up from 12:30PM-1:00PM. Trap continues to run until the shooters who arrived promptly have worn out themselves (and the scorers). This usually occurs by 3PM. So to get the most out of your afternoon, show up at the start of the session. Questions to the Trap Chair. |
May 20, 2024(1 event) – Both of WSC's Trap fields are open on Mondays in summer for Trap Team practice. For our members on the Greater Lowell Trap League, this is a great time to get in practice in lighting situations similar to League evening shoots. Set-up starts at 4:30PM; shooting starts at 5:00PM and at least runs until 6:30PM, if not sunset (but may close early if all the shooters on-site have finished). May 25, 2024(2 events) – Championship trap shooter and renowned coach Nora Martin Ross plans to return to WSC before Memorial Day, 2024. Training will be $350 for one day, $450 for two days, plus #3.50/round, lunches included, limited to 10 participants/day with training level adjusted to participant interest and abilities - contact the Trap chair if interested. – Shooting on our Sporting Clays course.
