Forestry Property Walk Forestry Property Walk

January 5, 2020Walk the perimeter of the WSC property with our Forestry chair and his son Bob. Be prepared for a 5 mile hike in winter conditions. Along the way we will "age" several large pine trees, and check on club signage. This is a rugged walk over hills, rocks, woods, swamps and limited trails. We take lots of breaks and all are welcome to come along with us. Please meet at the club house downstairs, and bring a snack, water and your camera.

All members must have an Orange Card to use the outdoor ranges. Cards are issued after a safety briefing, given by the Outdoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by EMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance.

January 14, 2020All members must pass a Gun Skills Safety Review (GSSR) to gain access to the Indoor Range (via their WSC Proximity Cards). Cards are updated after the GSSR by the Indoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by eMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance.

- View a safety video
- Take a brief quiz on range procedures
- Demonstrate safe gun handling and usage
