6 Pistol Team "900" Match INDOOR RANGE RESERVED 8:00 am – 6:00 pm January 6, 2024 The WSC pistol teams are holding a 900 point match, to practice before the second half of the NVPL season. The indoor range will be reserved for the event (and the clubhouse upstairs meeting room and kitchen will be off-limits for the duration). Questions to the pistol team Secretary.

7 POSTPONED Groton Forestry Property Walk 8:30 am – 11:00 am January 7, 2024 The Forestry Chair and Trail Boss-lead walk around the club property has been postponed indefinitely due to weather. Questions to the Forestry Chair.

8 Clubhouse cleaning (Indoor Range CLOSED) 11:00 am – 12:00 pm January 8, 2024 The indoor range will be closed while the crew from Molly Maids is cleaning the clubhouse. Questions to the Indoor Range chair on range issues, or the Recording Secretary for facilities issues.

10 Pistol Team Match - Indoor Range Reserved 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm January 10, 2024 A match for a Westford pistol team in the Nashoba Valley Pistol League. Questions to the Pistol Team's Secretary.

14 Forestry Property Walk 8:30 am – 11:00 am January 14, 2024 The Forestry Chair and Trail Boss will lead a walk around the club property. Meet promptly at 8AM in front of the club house. This years walk will be shorter and take around 2½ hours and we will walk around 3 miles. It's a fun event for our members and families. We walk in all weather - rain, snow, or sunshine. Please be sure to wear appropriate clothing layers and foot protection. Bring your camera, and your own snacks and drinks for breaks along the way. This years walk will be on our current trail system. We will walk some property bounds with highlighted points about the property along the way. We take lots of breaks and all are welcome to come. 16 Indoor Pistol Range GSSR - Range Reserved 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm January 16, 2024 All members must pass a Gun Skills Safety Review (GSSR) to gain access to the Indoor Range (via their WSC Proximity Cards). Proximity Card permissions are updated after the GSSR by the Indoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by EMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance. Agenda: Meet in the clubhouse downstairs View a safety video Take a brief quiz on range procedures Demonstrate safe gun handling and usage with a live-fire test (Bring gun and approved target ammo)
