Steel Challenge Practice (Rifle Range CLOSED) Steel Challenge Practice (Rifle Range CLOSED)

June 5, 2024Today's session will be held on the rifle range; which will be dedicated to Steel Challenge from 4:00PM-8:00PM.
Action Bay-qualified shooters can sign up on Practiscore to attend. When signing up, please be sure to indicate if you are:
- A new Steel Challenge shooter, or
- an experienced Steel Challenge shooter, or even
- an experienced RO willing to help.
Fee: $5.00, collected at 5:30PM at the beginning of the match.
Please be sure to arrive by 5:30 pm at the Action Bay entrance to: check in, prepare your equipment, and attend the mandatory Safety Briefing which is a requirement to shoot. First shots will begin at 6:00PM; we estimate that we will finish by 7:30PM, depending on the number of participants.
The results will be posted on WSC's Practiscore page.

Action Bays Club Match Action Bays Club Match

June 6, 2024Club match in Action Bays.
Schedule:
- 5:00PM: Setup.
- 5:30PM: Match starts.
- 7:30PM: Match ends.
The match is for Action Bay qualified members only.
Action Bays will be closed during this time.
Club matches feature mixed steel, paper and moving targets. Centerfire handguns and PCCs are allowed. The round count is 100 max.

June 10, 2024The indoor range will be closed while the crew from Molly Maids is cleaning the clubhouse.

Indoor Pistol Range GSSR - Range Reserved Indoor Pistol Range GSSR - Range Reserved

June 11, 2024All members must pass a Gun Skills Safety Review (GSSR) to gain access to the Indoor Range (via their WSC Proximity Cards). Proximity Card permissions are updated after the GSSR by the Indoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by EMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance.
Agenda:
- Meet in the clubhouse downstairs
- View a safety video
- Take a brief quiz on range procedures
- Demonstrate safe gun handling and usage with a live-fire test
(Bring gun and approved target ammo)

June 14, 2024The leaders of Pack 95 are holding a flag ceremony, and a Move Up ceremony to celebrate Cubs' advancement in Scouting. They'll grill some food and play some games near the flagpole.

June 16, 2024A presentation for prospective members is held in the clubhouse. Indoor range is closed.
The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants.
