The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants.

April 27, 2019All ranges, indoor and out, will be closed during this event.
- The Kitchen chair will be managing the kitchen detail starting at 5:00AM, so if you are an early riser you can help there
- The parking detail starts at 6:30AM
- Registration starts at 7:30AM
- Fishing from 8:00AM – 10:30AM
- Prizes awarded at 11:00AM
Other work items that day include:
- Setup Fishing shack for measuring and scoring
- Setup food tables
- Trash detail - clean up
