June 16, 2024(3 events) Father's Day N/A New Member Presentation – A presentation for prospective members is held in the clubhouse. Indoor range is closed. The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants. Questions to the Membership Secretary. Trap Fields Open – Sunday afternoon trap, Show up and sign up from 12:30PM-1:00PM. Trap continues to run until the shooters who arrived promptly have worn out themselves (and the scorers). This usually occurs by 3PM. So to get the most out of your afternoon, show up at the start of the session. Questions to the Trap Chair. |
June 17, 2024(1 event) Trap Team Practice – Both of WSC's Trap fields are open on Mondays in summer for Trap Team practice. For our members on the Greater Lowell Trap League, this is a great time to get in practice in lighting situations similar to League evening shoots. Set-up starts at 4:30PM; shooting starts at 5:00PM and at least runs until 6:30PM, if not sunset (but may close early if all the shooters on-site have finished). June 19, 2024(2 events) Intraclub Precision Pistol League – A competitive shooting program for current Pistol Team members, and do introduce Precision Pistol (Bullseye) to other WSC members. Meet at the Outdoor Pistol Range. Questions to the Pistol Team Secretary. Steel Challenge Practice – Action Bay-qualified shooters can sign up on Practiscore to attend. When signing up, please be sure to indicate if you are:
Fee: $5.00, collected at 5:30PM at the beginning of the match. Please be sure to arrive by 5:30 pm at the Action Bay entrance to: check in, prepare your equipment, and attend the mandatory Safety Briefing which is a requirement to shoot. First shots will begin at 6:00PM; we estimate that we will finish by 7:30PM, depending on the number of participants. The results will be posted on WSC's Practiscore page. June 20, 2024(1 event) Action Bays Club Match – Club match in Action Bays. Schedule:
The match is for Action Bay qualified members only. Action Bays will be closed during this time. Club matches feature mixed steel, paper and moving targets. Centerfire handguns and PCCs are allowed. The round count is 100 max. Questions to the Action Shooting Pits chair. |
