14 Outdoor Range Safety Briefing Outdoor Range Safety Briefing 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm March 14, 2021 Registration Required!! All members must have an Orange Card to use the outdoor ranges. Cards are issued after a safety briefing, given by the Outdoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by EMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance. You will in response receive an EMail detailing when and where to meet. (Because of COVID-19, we will not be meeting indoors). Please read the EMail carefully and arrive ahead of schedule. Agenda: Receive safety briefing. Travel to the outdoor pistol range (2 minute drive on the grounds from the entrance). Participate in range training.

21 New Member Presentation New Member Presentation 9:00 am – 11:00 am March 21, 2021 A presentation for prospective members is held in the clubhouse. Indoor range is closed. The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The MembershipSecretary must be contacted well ahead of time; he will EMail prospects with the teleconference info. (Even though this meeting is not held in the clubhouse this month, the indoor range of course remains closed anyhow due to the coronavirus shutdown). The meeting starts with the presentation of a slide show, so please plan on being connected by the 9:00AM starting time. The Membership Chair will go online at 8:30AM to help attendees connect to the teleconference. It would be best to review the slides beforehand as well. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants. {title}

27 Game Preserve 50% off hunt Game Preserve 50% off hunt 9:00 am – 7:00 pm March 27, 2021 Due to the pandemic, we are ending the hunting season with some surplus Pheasants. All birds have to be gone from our pen by March 31st. We plan to offer the remaining birds to members and guests on Saturday, March 27th at half price, or $8 per bird. We estimate there will be about two dozen birds. Hunting will begin at 9:00 AM. If you are new to upland hunting or don't have a dog of your own, we can arrange to have dogs available for you to hunt over. Please contact the Game Preserve chair if you are interested.

31 Game Preserve closes for Summer Game Preserve closes for Summer N/A March 31, 2021 This is the last day that WSC's private game preserve is open for upland game bird hunting. It re-opens on the 15th of September. Contact the Game Preserve chair for details.
