    to practice before the second half of the NVPL season.

  • Forestry Property Walk

    Walk the perimeter of the WSC property with our Forestry chair or his son Bob. Be prepared for a 5 mile hike in winter conditions. Along the way Bob's party will "age" several large pine trees, and check on club signage. Norm's party will bushwhack trailess lands. Please meet at the club house downstairs, and bring a snack, water and your camera.

    Registration Required!!

    All members must have an Orange Card to use the outdoor ranges. Cards are issued after a safety briefing, given by the Outdoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by EMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance.

    Agenda:
    * Meet in the clubhouse downstairs, participate in classroom briefing.
    * Travel to the outdoor pistol range (2 minute drive on the grounds), participate in range training.

    We regret that the Gun Skills Safety Review (GSSR) mandated to gain WSC Proximity Card access to the clubhouse Indoor Range has been canceled for January. The next session will be the regularly scheduled one in February; see its description for details. To attend, you must register by eMailing the Indoor Range Chair at least 3 days in advance.

    The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants.
