  • Forestry Property Walk

    Walk the perimeter of the WSC property with our Forestry chair and his son Bob. Be prepared for a 5 mile hike in winter conditions. Along the way we will "age" several large pine trees, and check on club signage. This is a rugged walk over hills, rocks, woods, swamps and limited trails. We take lots of breaks and all are welcome to come along with us. Please meet at the club house downstairs, and bring a snack, water and your camera.

    Registration Required!!

    All members must have an Orange Card to use the outdoor ranges. Cards are issued after a safety briefing, given by the Outdoor Range Chair. To attend, you must register by EMailing the Chair at least 3 days in advance.

    Agenda:
    * Meet in the clubhouse downstairs, participate in classroom briefing.
    * Travel to the outdoor pistol range (2 minute drive on the grounds), participate in range training.

    The meeting starts with the presentation, so please plan on being seated by the starting time. The meeting should last approximately one hour, depending on the number of applicants.
