May 5, 2024(2 events) – Heart attacks are the leading cause of death at any shooting range, sportmens club, and the population at large. This course will give you the information and the skills you need to help adults and children during many emergency situations, including the practice of CPR, and operation of Automated External Defibrillators. The instruction will be delivered via the American Red Cross's "blended training" method, which combines pre-class online work with hands-on skills sessions. You must complete the online blending learning portion before Friday, February 9th. Tuition is $65.00/person. This class will be a complete Red Cross class. Spots will be limited. Direct questions to Elizabeth, the Junior Club Chair. – Sunday afternoon trap, Show up and sign up from 12:30PM-1:00PM. Trap continues to run until the shooters who arrived promptly have worn out themselves (and the scorers). This usually occurs by 3PM. So to get the most out of your afternoon, show up at the start of the session. Questions to the Trap Chair. |
May 6, 2024(2 events) – Both of WSC's Trap fields are open on Mondays in summer for Trap Team practice. For our members on the Greater Lowell Trap League, this is a great time to get in practice in lighting situations similar to League evening shoots. Set-up starts at 4:30PM; shooting starts at 5:00PM and at least runs until 6:30PM, if not sunset (but may close early if all the shooters on-site have finished). Direct any questions to our Trap Chair. – General Membership meeting at the clubhouse, shared via Zoom teleconference for those who do not wish to meet in person. The monthly meal is: Sausage subs with peppers and onions, a bag of chips, dessert TBD, and a drink - all for only $5! There will be no guest speaker this month. Indoor range closed starting at 4:00PM. |

May 9, 2024(2 events) – The Leominster chapter of the Disabled Veterans Project Healing Waters program will be gathering at the fire pit to fly-fish the pond.
