We will be having a small work party, this Sunday, 29-Aug'21 starting at 8:30AM, to clean up the 3D Archery course in preparation for a shoot we will be hosting on September 5th.
Work will include weed whacking and grooming the 3D course, and cleaning up the archery range.
Recommended attire includes outdoor work boots and gloves, and eye and ear protection.
The club has a few weed whackers, but if you have a reliable working one to bring that would be helpful.
Trap has resumed on a semi-restricted basis for WSC members, and their friends and family only. (The front gate will not be left ajar by the Trap committee, so if your family/guests are not carpooling and don't have a gate card, please coordinate to let them through upon their arrival). Also, payments for rounds may now be made online.
Participant use of the online reservation system that was inaugurated during the coronavirus lockdown is now optional - reservations are no longer mandatory. However, the reservation system is still an excellent place to check before heading to the club in case a session has been canceled at the last minute.
Police training on the outdoor rifle range.
The rifle range remains open for WSC member use,
but timely completion of police activities have precedence over informal shooting.
Both trap fields are reserved until sunset for Westford Trap Team 4 to potentially host a match of the Greater Lowell Trap League (GLTL). See the Trap Signup Calendar web page for details on which team might be hosting a match this week. Questions to WSC's Trap Chair.

In order to prepare the club for Winter and allow members to work their four hour commitment to the club before year-end, we are hosting a work party. Work will begin at 8:00 AM and a picnic lunch will be served around mid‐day. Stay tuned for a list of member supplied-tools that would be a nice complement to the club's tools.
Join us, and feel free to bring family members along to watch you work and cheer you on!
